Due to the high temperature conditions and the corrosive environment that surrounds them, the products of this sector are made of special materials that are difficult to weld: Alloys, various austenitic stainless steels (AISI 304H, 310, 310S, 316 Ti, 321 347H…) and solders with Nickel-Chromium-Cobalt-Molybdenum alloys.
Many of the pieces have high thermal resistance refracting materials and thermal expansion covers.
Order requirements usually have welding tests, pressure tests, and refractory tests.
