September 2023 – Cadinox acquires an industrial vending machine for the supply of PPEs and tools
Aware of the numerous trips by operators to the warehouse and with the interest of facilitating the work of inventory control and purchase forecasts, at Cadinox we decided to carry out a study to assess the convenience of acquiring a system that would help us for this purpose.
After exhaustive data analysis through BI tools, a list was prepared with the 32 products with the greatest impact (rotation + cost) and different technologies were evaluated.
Finally we decided on a vending machine that gives us the following advantages:
· Approach of the product to the worker
· Automation in product outputs
· Minimum stock notices for purchase releases
. Stock control in the cloud with the possibility of data transfer to ERP
· Data collection for subsequent BI analysis
· Modularity/Scalability in the investment concept
