CODI (Management Committee)
We are the team that implements the strategy and steers CADINOX’s management, establishing annual strategic objectives and making decisions based on the indicators. To achieve this goal, we try to be close, agile, and empathetic.
We also define and execute the investments, taking care of adapting the organizational structure and management model to the objectives and needs of the people who form CADINOX.
We give equal importance to what and how we do it: that’s why we decide by consensus, listen, communicate and share decisions with the rest of the CADINOX team.
